Printing solutions

Bring your brand to life with unlimited colour possibilities.

Our printing technology allows you to personalize your capsules with logos, patterns, and striking designs. From subtle detailing to bold full-surface printing, every option is engineered for precision and durability.

Unlike standard lacquering, our process starts directly from an aluminium coil, which we can print in any Pantone® colour of your choice. This means you’re not limited to AluSense’s standard colours — your brand identity can be matched exactly. Printing uses engraved cylinders to apply colour: one cylinder per colour (e.g., 1 cylinder = 1 colour, 4 cylinders = full CMYK).

Create your capsule design and select your Pantone® colours.

Feasibility Check & Lab Sheets

We verify technical feasibility and produce A4 lab sheets for deep drawing. Colour reference sheets are sent to you for approval.

Cylinder Engraving

Your approved design is engraved onto printing cylinders and a precise printing pattern is created.

Printing & Deep Drawing

The final design is printed directly onto the aluminium coil and deep drawn into finished capsules.

Embossing solutions

Embossing adds a refined, tactile element to your capsules by pressing a logo or figure directly into the aluminium during deep drawing. Since capsules are produced from an aluminium coil, embossing is only possible on the top of the capsule.

We can emboss in the standard area within the red zone (inside the red circle). Or we can emboss on the absolute top of the capsule (yellow area).
